Warmup Single Circuit Manifold With Mixing Unit For Wet Underfloor Heating Systems

The Warmup Steel Range Single Room UFH Control Pack is ideal for use in small rooms or extensions such as conservatories. The control pack will provide temperature-controlled mixed water to the underfloor heating pipework and generate a maximum heat output of 3kW covering areas as large as 40sqm. The pump will come pre-wired with a flow temperature thermostat and mains connection cable and can be connected to a room thermostat.

The main components of the control pack include an ‘A’ rate circulating pump, an adjustable thermostatic blending valve and integral ball valves for connecting and isolating the primary heating system. All of these components are secured to a fixing bracket with anti-vibration mountings for silent operation.

With a 3/4” port and air vent on each manifold arm, flushing, filling and removing air from systems during commissioning is simple. Each flow arm is fitted with a pressure gauge, making pressure testing quick and reliable, with 0-5 l/min Taconova flow gauges providing precise, confident and efficient system balancing. 

The 3/4” Eurocone connections on the manifold allow for the use of Warmup’s12x2mm pipe connectors as well as standard 3rd party connectors, making it easy for you to upgrade an old 3rd party system with the advanced Warmup S3 manifold and Smart controls.
